The best way to get through this is by listening to those that have been in your situation
and who understand how you feel.

We are all different, we all have our unique experiences, but we in AA have all come to realise that when we thought we were the only ones who felt the way we did, we were wrong, there were others and we found them in AA. Make that contact, come to a meeting, you will be amongst friends and if you are not ready for that step, then just reach out and contact us now.
LET'S HAVE A CHAT
